The terms a NorthSky purchase is made under, published so they can be read before a purchase rather than after it. Each document states the version it is, the date it is to be reviewed, and who owns it.
Neither document is legal advice, and each says so on its own face. If a clause does not fit how your organisation intends to use a product, ask before buying rather than after.

NorthSky single-user licence
Version 1.0 — used only where a product’s specification names it.
NorthSky standard single-organisation licence
Version 1.0 — in force from the date of the first sale made under it.
