Just Culture for UAS operators (online course)
A self-study online course in English and Norwegian on just culture, occurrence reporting and fair decisions for UAS operators in the specific category, built on SORA 2.5. Twenty-eight lessons, about fourteen hours, a final assessment and a course certificate anyone can verify by its id.
Problem
UAS operators in the specific category need their Accountable Manager, Safety Manager and remote pilots to report events, decide fairly afterwards and learn from them. Most have a reporting procedure on paper; far fewer have one that people use, a fair way to respond, and a plan for the hours after something goes wrong.
Outcome
Participants can place reporting and just culture in SORA 2.5 and the EU rules, build a reporting route that costs its users little, check the external reporting duty, tell human error, at-risk behaviour and reckless behaviour apart, investigate for contributing factors and close the loop, and lead the first 72 hours after an event. Along the way they assemble an Implementation Pack of seven working documents, from the policy to an evidence overview linked to the SORA 2.5 objectives.

Access has no end date: you use the course online, in its current form, for the major version you bought. A full refund can be asked for within 30 days of the purchase; it ends access and revokes any course certificate issued under it. The course terms are published at /legal/course-terms-addendum/.

The course is sold under these licences. Each links to the licence document its buyer is bound by.
After you buy

- The page you return to shows an Open the course link. The link works for about an hour.
- Once opened, the course stays available in that browser for two weeks.
- To open it again later or on another device, go to /store/recover and enter the email address and receipt number from your Stripe receipt.

How merverdiavgift is charged
The seller is RMX DRIFT AS, organisation number 931 140 574, registered for merverdiavgift in Norway. Every product here is an electronic service for MVA purposes, so the rate is decided by where you are established and whether you are buying as a business or as a private individual.
If you are in Norway, you are charged 25 per cent MVA on top of the kroner list price. The final column above is that total, and it is the amount a private buyer in Norway pays. A Norwegian business or public body is charged the same 25 per cent and can normally reclaim it as input MVA through its own return, so the ex-MVA column is the real cost to you.
If you are a business or public body established outside Norway, the sale is zero-rated as a remotely deliverable service under merverdiavgiftsloven section 6-22. You are charged the list price with no Norwegian MVA added, and you account for any VAT due in your own country under the reverse charge. Enter your organisation or VAT number at checkout: without it we cannot treat the sale as a business supply and MVA is added.
We do not currently sell to private individuals outside Norway. A sale to a consumer in another country would make us liable to register and account for that country’s VAT from the first sale, and we have chosen not to take that on until the volume justifies it. Prices are reviewed twice a year and the two currency lists are held close to parity, so switching currency saves you almost nothing. Nothing on this page is tax advice; if your situation is unusual, ask your own adviser.
