Book a focused airfield operations discussion
Pick a time that works for a 30-minute discussion. Use the short form on the booking page to describe the operating context you would like to talk through. NorthSky will confirm the booking by email and send a Google Meet link. Meetings run in English or Norwegian, whichever you prefer.

Bookings are handled by Google Calendar. When you submit the form on the booking page below, Google sends a confirmation email with a Google Meet link and a cancellation link. NorthSky receives the same booking on its calendar.

Before you book
Keep the description at operating-context level. Do not include occurrence reports, aircraft registrations, individual names, exact routes, or confidential documents.
Meetings run online via Google Meet. Link and reminders are sent automatically by Google to the email you provide.
What happens after you book
NorthSky reviews the operating context you describe and prepares for the discussion. If a different route is more proportionate than the meeting, we will say so before the scheduled time and reschedule or cancel with you. Meetings run 30 minutes, focused on the specific question you brought.
